1. I reserve the right to turn down a client or cancel a project at any time. If payment has been made, you will receive a partial refund. A fee will be kept based on how much work was already rendered.

2. You may have up to 3 free minor alterations, but only in the sketch stage. (i.e. you want a different hair style, different facial expression, etc.) Additional minor alterations during the sketch stage will cost $5 per alteration. Any major alterations during the sketch stage will come with an additional $10 fee.

3. Additional characters (i.e. couples or group photos) will cost 30% of the Package price extra (i.e. I give you an estimate of $100, to add a character, the total will now be $130).

4. Turn around time is typically 1 to 2 weeks depending on complexity and IRL scheduling.

5. Should you plan on using my design as a Logo or other Resell-able Merchandise, I require an agreed notarized contract as well as a Sellers Fee of $250.

6. I also give discounts to clients who bring me paying references. Upon your receipt, I will include a unique code for you to give to your friends/family. Should they use my services with your code, you will get 20% off your next commission. And YES. That stacks. If you come to me after 5 paying clients, your commission is FREE up to the highest price point within reason (i.e. I'm not going to draw 10 characters, keep it within reason).

7. Payments are 50% up front, but 100% is preferred and will be at my top priority. The way this works is the 50% gets me started on your work and holds your slot in the queue. I will keep in touch with you via e-mail or Instagram for progress. Upon finishing, I will send over a heavily watermarked image, and upon full payment, I will release your image watermark free.
